We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to provide you with peace of mind when making a purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the purchase price or exchange the product, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it, including being unworn, unwashed, unused, or otherwise in its original state.
  • The product should be returned in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing the return.

In cases of defective items, we may request visual proof of the defect, such as pictures, via email prior to initiating the return process.

Refund Process

If you request a refund, we will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery charges and/or discounts) using the original payment method within 3 – 5 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the specified conditions.

In cases where a return is rejected due to receiving used products that are unsalable, we will notify you of the reasons for the rejection.

Returning Products

You can return products to us through the following methods:

  1. In-Store: You have the option to return items in person at our physical store.
  2. By Mail: If returning items by mail, please follow the instructions provided in the package.

Return Labels

Depending on the reason for the return, the return label will be provided as follows:

  1. For Defective Products: You can download and print the return label.
  2. For Customer Remorse: Return labels are provided within the package.

Timeframe for Returns

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a product.

Accepted Product Condition

We accept returns for products that are in new condition.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Shipping Costs

  1. For Defective Products: No cost for return shipping.
  2. For Customer Remorse: No cost for return shipping.

Refund and Exchange Policy

All our items are made to order, and therefore, they are non-returnable unless a defect is present.

If you receive any item that is deemed defective, we will replace it with an identical item of the same size. No exceptions will be made.

Please inspect the item for defects before washing it, as we do not accept returns for shirts that have been laundered.

Damaged or Faulty Items

For items that are faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown, we will take appropriate action, which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product and a pre-paid return shipping label for the incorrect item.

*Damaged or faulty items include unraveled seams and/or holes present before being washed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. There may be some processing time before the refund is posted.

Clearance & Final Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.

Gifts

For items marked as gifts and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, they will be notified about your return and the refund.

Shipping

We ship to the address provided in PayPal. Please ensure that the information is accurate. Any returned orders will be reshipped at your expense.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that the time for a replacement or exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

We cannot guarantee the delivery time frame, and a late delivery cannot be a reason for a refund request.

Coupons can only be applied to new orders and cannot be used for orders that have already been placed.
